How to set up and validate locally

1. Got to a project -> Settings -> General
2. Add a topic in the Naming, description, topics section
3. Got to Your work -> Projects
4. Run rails runner scripts/internal_events/monitor.rb click_topic_on_your_work_projects in your terminal
5. Click on the topic
