What does this MR do and why?

Increase workspace cloner memory limit

  • Larger repos are getting out of memory errors on workspace startup
  • Increase from 512Mi to 2048Mi

How to set up and validate locally

  • Start a workspace
  • While it is starting, query the pod and look at the resources for the cloner init container
  • They should reflect the 2g limit instead of previous 512m
