Add search impact to custom role dev docs

What does this MR do and why?

As new custom roles are added, I'd like to ensure impact to Advanced search is verified before the role is fully rolled out. This step will help prevent bugs by including the impact assessment during development process rather than during rollout/feature dogfooding
