How to set up and validate locally

  1. Check out this branch
  2. Ensure your user in the GDK has "Use relative time" turned off in your user preferences
  3. Add a comment to an MR that mentions an issue
  4. Hover or focus the link in your comment
  5. The issue popover will show and there will not be a console error about invalid time value
