Add "leave" action on Your Works > Groups page

What does this MR do and why?

Add support for "leave" action on Your Works > Groups page.

This button is accessible for any groups members with the canLeave permission.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Sign in as a user that is a member of a group.
2. In rails console enable the feature flag

   Feature.enable(:your_work_groups_vue)

3. Go to /dashboard/groups
4. Click the vertical ellipsis icon beside the group item to show additional options.
5. Click the "Leave" button and confirm.
