Fix broken fog.io link in gitlab.yml example

What does this MR do and why?

The fog.io domain is no longer working, and the project uses fog.github.io instead for their website now.

Previously !184232 (merged) fixed this for most of the docs but there is just this one reference to fog.io remaining.

This MR updates it to follow the changes done in the docs. This will prevent users from getting confused with the broken link if they follow the link in the example yml file.
