What does this MR do and why?

Using the debug logs added in this MR to diagnose the flaky LFK tests that have been occurring for the vulnerability tables.

The issue appears to be a result of the LFK cleanup service timing out due to slow processing, skipping the cleanup of the necessary LFK records.

This change will ensure that all LFK records for the parent have been cleaned up, though this may slow down the spec suite.

A potential alternative option would be to implement a different monitor that permits a longer duration in the spec environement.
