Move DORA directory to analytics

What does this MR do and why?

This change moves the dora directory from the root level to the analytics directory.

The DORA metrics components are now located under ee/app/assets/javascripts/analytics/dora/ instead of ee/app/assets/javascripts/dora/.

Note: Depends on !187842 (merged) to avoid merge conflicts.
