What does this MR do and why?

Relocate ci_cd analytics charts components

This change moves two ci_cd_analytics chart components to ~/analytics/ci_cd/components/ and updates locations of related files.

Note: Depends on !187730 (merged) to avoid some trivial merge conflicts.
