What does this MR do and why?

Runner detail: Delete action

Moves delete action to elipsis menu so it's not visible all the time. The action also gets renmaed on mobile to match on all viewports.

Placing the delete action inside an ellipsis (⋯) menu helps to deprioritizes the destructive action on this page. It's already prioritized on the list page.

  • We maintain focus on primary tasks, such as editing or pausing/resume runner
  • We can further declutter the interface
  • Changes the icon used for the delete action to the default trash icon
