Add ability to search list of Sentry errors by title in Gitlab

What does this MR do?

Allows a user to search through Sentry errors by title.

Testing:

1. Login to https://sentry.gitlab.net/ and get an API key
2. In a project, enable Error Tracking in Settings > Operations > Error Tracking
3. Set the URL: https://sentry.gitlab.net/, Auth token: API key, and choose a project
4. Go to Operations > Error tracking and wait a few minutes
5. Filter away
