MR's https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/11254 and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/1869 were merged both on CE and EE. But, 9-2-stable-ee has a newer state with more user arguments being passed on Serializers.

Those changes were introduced on 9-2-stable-ee through the commits: 93636753, c17e6a6c, 7bcca228 and 3dbef510
