Remove lma-git from CODEOWNERS Code Suggestions category

What does this MR do and why?

I've recently transferred from groupcode creation to groupci platform, so I'm removing myself as a Category:Code Suggestions codeowner.

Note that the individual usernames are currently hardcoded because Code Creation doesn't have a gitlab-org group yet. See #480352 (comment 2240444516) for context.
