[Frontend] Update trial's banner location for groups

What does this MR do?

Follow up for #13233 (closed)

It moves the activated trials banner from the group's billing page to the group's details page.

Showing the activated trials banner was wrongly implemented in the billing page while it must be shown in the group's details page as stated by the UX specs.
