Add fix button for Amazon Q quick actions

What does this MR do and why?

This change adds a button to a comment left by Amazon Q in order to follow a similiar flow as typing /q fix.

If Amazon Q finds issues with code related to a merge request during a /q review, a new button will show up. When the button is clicked, the flow will be similar to as when the user previous typed /q fix.
