What does this MR do and why?
This changes the description that is prompted to the user when autocompleting /q test.
There is a difference between Note and DiffNote where the later is able to generate tests for selected lines of code related to the merge request while a normal note is supposed to generate unit tests for the entire merge request. This change updates the descriptions of the prompts so that the reflect the differences.
