Resolve "[Search results] Align secondary information in search results to use text.color.subtle, 400 weight, and smaller font size"
What does this MR do and why?
Refactors code search to be more in line with the other search results in global search.
Removes helper method search_blob_title and the EE override, advanced search (which includes code search) is not included in the CE version of GitLab (https://docs.gitlab.com/user/search/advanced_search/) so have removed the exception for EE.

Also good to note that on gitlab.com global code searches are disabled when there is no project or group scope.
