Update jsonb types for identity verification settings
What does this MR do and why?
This merge request updates types for identity verification settings in order to properly handle validation for these settings. This will prevent type coercion for the invalid data types during Jsonb schema validation. I have also added shared test cases to ensure proper validation of these updated fields for integer and boolean values.
