503371 / Replace Report Type with Report type

What does this MR do and why?

The copy for report type in the UI wasn't following our Pajamas Design System guidelines. It has been changed from "Report Type" to "Report type" (with a lowercase 't') for consistency. This change was implemented based on the feedback provided here: !182910 (comment 2378082059)
