What does this MR do and why?

Removes two related Cloud Connector FFs:

  • cloud_connector_expose_keys
  • cloud_connector_new_keys

They have both been fully rolled out and enact a change that loads Cloud Connector keys from postgres instead of Rails credentials and to use these to sign AI gateway tokens.
