Added reference to the new contact us page
What does this MR do and why?
We recently introduced a new Contact Us page in the Customers Portal.
Previously, when customers needed to reach Sales, they were directed to the general Contact GitLab Sales page, which is more suited for prospects rather than existing customers with active subscriptions.
With this new Contact Us page, customers can easily find their assigned Account Executive and Renewal Manager, along with clear guidance on when to contact support or billing instead. This update ensures customers always have the right point of contact at their fingertips.
