How to set up and validate locally

1. Enable the feature flag: Feature.enable(:geo_replicables_show_view).
2. Navigate to admin panel, Geo -> Sites.
3. Scroll down to the Secondary site and click Project Repositories.
4. Review breadcrumbs and page title.
5. Update URL to match /admin/geo/sites/2/replication/<pluralized name>/<model_record_id>.
6. Review breadcrumbs and page title.
