Add role to informative icons for monitor settings

What does this MR do and why?

The aria-hidden attribute should be paired with role="presentation" when icons are purely decorative, as both attributes work together to properly hide elements from screen readers. This MR just adds the role to the icons.

   1. Bucket configuration documentation
   2. AWS configuration documentation
