I have a little over a year experience at GitLab, all within the Manage team
Over this period I've helped with 178 MRs to implement new features, fix bugs and improve our codebase.
As a ~"trainee maintainer" I've improved my skills reviewing MRs (gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com#3781 (closed)) and deepened my knowledge of GitLab's codebase.
