What does this MR do and why?

This MR references the correct field resource_template_url instead of the incorrect resource_url_template field, which returned an incorrect value.

The correct hash value is mapped to the existing hash value that corresponds to the string that's missing resource_url_template.

How to set up and validate locally

• In the GDK, log the following line. Observe that the resource_url_template portion of the key is undefined/empty.
• Pull this branch, and observe that the key should include all three values (service_url, item_url, resource_url_template) as expected.
