Purpose of revert

Revert "Merge branch '499694-resolve-cross-join-vuln-scope-part-1' into 'master'"

This reverts merge request !175947 (merged), due to a bug in the CSV Exporter causing:

undefined method vulnerability_read_dismissal_reason' for #<Vulnerabilities::Read`

Create an issue to reinstate the merge request and assign it to the author of the reverted merge request. (see #499694 (closed))

Add the appropriate labels before the MR is created. We can skip CI/CD jobs only if the labels are added before the CI/CD pipeline is created.
