Update vulnerability_statistic.archived when project is archived
What does this MR do and why?
Triggers an update of the archived column of a project's associated vulnerability_statistic using the existing ProcessArchivedEventsWorker
The newly added service is based on the existing UpdateArchivedOfVulnerabilityReadsService.
