Reminder about doc updates for feature flags

What does this MR do and why?

When enabling a feature flag by default, we should remind us to also update the documentation accordingly.

This is a follow-up action from a retrospective: https://gitlab.com/gl-retrospectives/plan/-/issues/123#note_2263492968 where we found out about forgetting to update documentation after enabling the feature flag by default.
