Draft: Load super sidebar after the main code on the page

What does this MR do and why?

This MR moves super sidebar code execution after the main code of the page and also makes it execute lazily.

This ensures that we render the main content of the page as soon as possible and don't become blocked by a sidebar (we're currently blocked by around 150-500ms from the super sidebar rendering, depending on the device capabilities).
