Draft: Lazily initialize global search app in super sidebar

What does this MR do and why?

This MR makes sure the global search app is lazily initalized inside the super sidebar. This is important for page performance since we're only showing the global search modal on user interaction. This change ensures that we load this modal only after user interaction (either hotkey or a click). As a result of this we get a lighter initial page bundle and faster loading times.
