Resolve "Collapsible Markdown formatted weirdly"

What does this MR do?

Closes #32396 (closed)

This style was effecting ALL first-children in details task lists.

I think reverting it back and finding a way to readdress gitlab-foss#34338 (moved) is reccommended because this css style was preventing users from checking off task items.
