Add the gitaly gitlab_secret to the token configuration Docs

What does this MR do and why?

After the change to Gitaly tokens in this MR, there is a new configuration element to populate the new file /var/opt/gitlab/gitaly/.gitlab_secret. This mr adds mention of that to the gitaly configuration docs.
