What does this MR do and why?
Switch duo pro cdot direct linking in favour of CDot redirect. Mostly I am revering some changes I made to facilitate a direct link in GL which is no longer needed when using the CDot redirect.

How to set up and validate locally
- Create a new group
- Start a duo premium trial for that group.
- Navigate to the duo pro discover page
- click on the buy now button and verify you are taken to the CDot add seat page for duo pro.
