What does this MR do and why?

Fix dropdown variant for AI actions

A recent breaking change to GitLab UI removed the "info" variant for buttons.

This had a trickle-down effect on the AI actions dropdown, as it uses a button under the hood.

This commit changes the variant to "confirm" to fix the issue.
