Upgrade storybook version & fix accessibility panel
What does this MR do and why?
- upgrade Storybook to v7 (the highest that still works with Vue 2). I was able to use the auto-migration script, but had to then adjust a couple of things myself.
- fix runtime errors
- add
storybook:doctorscript for easier maintenance in the future

How to set up and validate locally
Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.
- Checkout the branch and go to
gitlab/storybook - Run
yarn install - Run Storybook scripts from package.json and make sure it is possible to build the Storybook and inspect components in the browser. Accessibility tab should not be flickering and should show you the results.
