Write organization_id to oauth tables
What does this MR do and why?
We added organization_id attribute on OAuth tables, this commit make sure that organization_id is being properly written to oauth tables.
Since the Original MR caused a production incident, this MR removes all database changes. so that we can make database changes in separate MR
