Fix Dangerfile parsing non-Ruby files

  • For internal_users.rb

It was causing pipelines to break such as: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/jobs/8496667212 because it could not parse the file type.

This MR makes it pass non .rb files
