How to set up and validate locally

Steps to verify at Group level:

1. Login with any user
2. Go to Group > Manage > Members
3. Verify the banner for new Planner role
4. Click on Invite a Group/member in the header section
5. Verify the Planner option in the dropdown has New badge with a popover
6. Click on any role in the table to open the drawer
7. Verify the Planner option in the dropdown has New badge with a popover
8. Go to Setting > Roles and permissions
9. Verify the banner for new Planner role

Steps to verify at Project level:

1. Login with any user
2. Go to Project > Manage > Members
3. Verify the banner for new Planner role
4. Click on Invite a Group/member in the header section
5. Verify the Planner option in the dropdown has New badge with a popover
6. Click on any role in the table to open the drawer
7. Verify the Planner option in the dropdown has New badge with a popover

To verify if banner will go out on specific date, change EXPIRY_DATE at planner_role_banner/index.js#L12 to a past date or set the date of your machine to future date. Follow these steps to change date and time on MacOS.
