Update ldap.md to clarify uid should list the attribute not the value

I was on a call with a customer today: https://gitlab.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/74515 and it was confusing in the moment if UID should be the "value" of uid or the field that represents uid. This comment helps to try and clarify that.
