What does this MR do and why?

Remove unnecessary steps from wiki clone interactions. This change stems from an internal Slack conversation where it was mentioned that the steps currently displayed are outdated since we no longer support gollum.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Check out this branch
  2. Visit a wiki page and click the three-dot action menu, then click "Clone repository"
    1. You will only see ssh/http cloning info in the modal
  3. Visit /-/wikis/git_access in the same project
    1. You will only see ssh/http cloning info on the page
