Revert addition of job polling

What does this MR do and why?

Reverts addition of adding job polling from !172143 (merged)

Reason: With current pagination type it can be disorienting with the amount of new jobs that come in every 10 seconds. And polling doesn't suit a list of objects vs a single object for this use-case. We plan to still keep the pagination type from the above MR listed but look to move it to offset
