Docs: Add a note regarding unsupported IdPs
What does this MR do?
This MR adds a NOTE in the section of our SAML SSO For GitLab.com Groups documentation informing users that GitLab is unable to support issues with any IdP that is not in the list of providers in that documentation.
Support will on ocassion receive tickets regarding issues with unsupported IdPs and it currently isn't made clear to users that we cannot support those issues.

Ensure a release milestone is set and that you merge the equivalent EE MR before the CE MR if both exist. -
If there has not been a technical writer review, create an issue for one using the Doc Review template.
