Log relation name when exporting projects
What does this MR do and why?
Log the relation name when RelationExportWorker finishes exporting the project relation so we can distinguish what relation was exported in the logs.
This information is useful for us to know if a relation is taking more time than normal which may indicate a lack of database indexes.
