Sorting discrepancies for new environment page
What does this MR do and why?
This MR adds a sorting component to the deployments list. It allows sorting by createdAt and finishedAt. When sorting by finishedAt, we show only the deployments that have actually finished, thus they are in the SUCCESS state.

How to set up and validate locally
Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.
- Create some deployments using this
.gitlab-ci.yaml. - Visit Operate -> Environments and select an environment.
- See the list of deployments related to the selected environment.
- Verify sorting by "created on" and "finished on".
