Resolve "Productivity Analytics: No labels on the last column of the column chart"

What does this MR do?

This adds an info text to the column charts on the Productivity Analytics page which informs the user that some data might not be migrated yet and therefore won't properly show up in the corresponding chart.

This is behind the productivity_analytics feature flag.
