Continuation of Remove the deprected Zoekt::IndexerWorker (!167737 - merged)

We need to follow this guidance to remove a worker class: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/sidekiq/compatibility_across_updates.html#in-a-subsequent-separate-minor-release

In the first MR Remove the deprected Zoekt::IndexerWorker (!167737 - merged) the worker is set to no-op. Now in this MR the worker clas can be removed.
