Better map growth feature specs to the files that affect them in CI

• add mapping so that the tests defined runs everytime when the source files change. See https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/pipelines/#static-mappings. This will help just a bit more so we get these feature specs to run before last maintainer approval that runs the entire suite.
