Recommend major version of DS Component

What does this MR do and why?

Recommend version 0 instead of 0.4.0.

Since we use SemVer for CI/CD Components, it's safe to suggest to users the major version.

Pinning at the patch level requires more frequent updates to docs, which don't always happen shortly after a new component version is released.

While in the area, I also added another link to the supported files in a location that is likely to be expected by users.
