gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com!135486 (merged) moved ownership of grouprespond feature categories to groupplatform insights .

This MR updates all event & metric definitions to reflect this change. The diff was generated using scripts/internal_events/product_group_renamer.rb respond platform_insights.
