Run `cache-assets:production` jobs on `saas-linux-large-amd64` runners
Reverts the unsuccessful fix from !168269 (merged) and instead sets the saas-linux-large-amd64 tag on cache-assets:production jobs. This should ensure those jobs run on larger runners to circumvent out-of memory issues and jobs timing out on master.
